- The project kick-off meeting is scheduled with the site, and the WCG eResearch team members are introduced to the site’s project team and key stakeholders.
- The scope of the project is discussed at the project kick-off meeting.
- A high-level draft project plan is presented.
- Working sessions are scheduled to discuss the system configuration and integration options, and configuration and integration-specific documents are provided to the site project manager/lead.
- Live virtual training is scheduled for the site’s super user/admin.
- Weekly project meetings are scheduled with the site project team.
- Working sessions with eResearch CTMS subject matter experts are scheduled to provide guidance on best practices for configuring and using the technology.
- Two weeks after the project kick-off meeting, access to the test eResearch application is provided to the site admin.
