Biography
Dr. Susan Abramson is currently a Medical Chair at WCG IRB. Susan graduated from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa in 1988 and joined the Department of Family & Community Medicine, where she held a part-time teaching post and attaining a postgraduate degree in Family Medicine. Dr Abramson’s clinical experience is in general family practice, primary healthcare community clinics and nursing homes.
She emigrated to the United States in 2005, earned her United States Medical Licensing Examsand transitioned to a nonclinical career, joining Aspire IRB as a scientific reviewer in 2011. Since joining WCG IRB Susan has earned Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and holds a Certified IRB Professional designation.
