Stacey Yount

Stacey Yount is the chief growth officer at WCG, guiding the company’s long-term growth strategy and commercial team.

With more than 25 years of life sciences experience, Stacey has driven transformative growth in organizations like Labcorp, where she was senior vice president and head of Global Commercial, managing a $3.5B new orders target, and led the spin-off of the CRO business Fortrea, resulting in significant shareholder value. Her leadership at Medidata Solutions included heading clinical operations and data sciences initiatives, pioneering AI-driven products, and overseeing commercial and operational success. Earlier in her career, Stacey held senior roles at Covance and Eli Lilly, with a focus on clinical operations, data management, and statistical sciences.

Stacey volunteers with the Desert Rose Foundation, supports Indiana University’s Life Sciences MBA program as a guest lecturer, and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt. She brings a unique blend of operational, strategic, and inspirational leadership that supports WCG’s mission to enhance clinical research and improve patient outcomes.
