WCG Clinical has several MFA options to provide flexibility to our customers. When your Company Administrator or IT Support Team sets up your account, they can choose from the following MFA options: SNS SMS Authentication, Google Authenticator, Okta Verify, or Email.
Q: What if I lose access to my MFA device?
A: If you lose access, contact your company’s IT Support Team to reset your MFA. You may need to verify your identity with a backup method like email or security questions.
Q: Why am I being prompted to re-authenticate?
A: You are prompted to re-authenticate due to security policies designed to protect your account. These include session timeouts after 8 hours of activity and automatic logouts after 1 hour of inactivity.
