Meet the Speakers
Richard Lee, MD, PhD
Dr. Lee is a medical oncologist and a cutting-edge researcher. After completing a bachelor’s and a master’s degree at Harvard, Dr. Lee then completed his medical school and graduate school (PhD) training at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, in the Bronx, New York. He came to Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) for internal medicine residency training and then completed medical oncology fellowship training through the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute / MGH joint program. During that time, he performed basic science research at the Whitehead Institute of MIT. He has specific expertise in bladder cancer; prostate cancer; renal cancer; and testicular, penile and genitourinary cancers.
Jonathan Seltzer, MD, FACCC
Dr. Seltzer is a recognized leader in cardiac safety, Endpoint Adjudication Committees and Data and Safety Monitoring Committees. Currently, he serves as Executive Director of the Cardiac Safety Research Consortium, an FDA public-private partnership. He has chaired and served as a committee member for scores of protocols, and has functioned as an advisor for dozens more. Dr. Seltzer is a cardiologist, receiving his medical training at universities of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Maryland and Chicago.
